Description: Alternate intervals of athletic step and whole-body strength exercise to deliver what your participants want and need: An all-in-one, time-saving cardio and strength workout. (Bonus for you: There’s hardly any prep time.) Leave with a plan for creating your own ultimate multi-tasking class, using bouts of easy-to-teach step choreography and dynamic muscle-conditioning moves that keep the heart pumping from start to finish. Use the ideas and exercises in this workshop for any of your step and/or muscle-conditioning classes.
